mandurah crabbing

has any one been having any luck walkin the flats scooping for crabs with the temp going to 37 on sunday be a nice way to spend the morning before it gets too hot!!

Sitting on the balcony
I walked the flats infront and to the north of the Leprechuan Deli chucking poppers for whiting and have seen very few.
Hope this helps, but I might pack the boat and head out on Sunday for a cruise and drop some nets, even if only for fun and getting out there.

was down in Mandurah last weekend, lots of small ones, didnt see one sized one.
Same as Crasny, i was throwing poppers for whiting

No shortage of crabs but they were all well well undersized
I noticed a lot of dead small ones, not sure why that'd be
Nice to go with family but if you're after a feed i'd give it a miss unless there's bigger ones towards mandurah
