 Hey People,

 

Going for some Mahi Mahi in 2 weeks... How light can I go on them?? 4lb?? How do the fight? Will they take me around the fads??

 That'd be brave. But interesting, I like going light too! But I guess it depends on the school size. Let us know people as I never caught one locally yet.

Hi mate,

Was out there on Wednesday with Ryan, checked a few of the FADS only one was holding a couple of fish. You can fish 4lb on these fish and have a ball on them as the fish wernt huge, Alot of people will more commonly chase them with 6-14lb line when they grow a bit bigger. I was using the 5 inch McArthy Finesse Minnow in the pearl colour.

 if your out there on your own boat by yourself or a good mate fish 4 pound, but if on a charter or with a a group leae the 4pound gear at home no body want to see you fight a 3kg fish for half an hour.
