Old fart
has seen them at the bank in Leeman, so does that mean the water is quite warm for them to be so far down the coast, bet the people on the beach were amazed at seeing such a magnificent whale so close in shore.

The news tonight made me chuckle
The "shark expert" says that it is the first time in memory that one has come down from exmouth. The last thing the reporter said was that the last time one was spotted was off cambell barracks last year.
The ones we could have jumped on from dirk hartog must have been tiger sharks and the couple off jurien in the late 80s had to be a play of light in the dead calm water.lol.
So tell me have you got your info from years on the water or hours on the internet?

G'day guysThere is couple
G'day guys
There is couple hanging around out the front of the rivermouth here in 'Barri at the moment. Freaking a few of the rec fishers/cray guys out big time. Last year was insane with whalesharks/mantas directly in front of the rivermouth. One day we counted 7 in an area the size of a couple of footy ovals. We were watching one behind us as we were trolling and one popped up in front of us and bang......whaleshark speedhump.
Cheers Mick
If the lord did not mean for us to eat fish and game, he wouldn't have made them outta meat
