Landbased Albany help

We are heading down to Albany with a couple mates looking for some decent fish. We are limited to 4 days and want to get on some good fish. The last time we went there, we went to salmon holes, but it's not salmon season so we are interested in what you can catch at salmon holes during the summer.
Also i did a bit of research and found a spot called sand patches, interested in what you can catch there. However i took a look on google maps and it seems pretty hard to get to, is there a path down to the beach?
Any other spots would be greatly appreciated.

Will get herring, sand
Will get herring, sand whiting and maybe skippy off the beach at the salmon holes. Always a chance of a salmon too, even in summer.
Be careful on the rocks.
Sand Patch is easy to get to, if your fit. Just lots of stairs.
Great spot though.

Also are there any decent places for rock fishing? To target maybe tuna, sambo and salmon?
