land based down south

hey wondering where u can decent fish off rocks down south region, 4wd or 2wd car i can access, it would be awesome if somebody could get me onto some big juicy fish. cheers

try skippy rock
try skippy rock near augusta for herring skippy and sivler bream - u might even get a salmon or a mulloway there

you could try contos just
you could try contos just south of margs , there is a place called slopey or was anyway , used to get monster skippy , salmon and many other large fish but you could always count on herring to show up , just burley up on regular intervals and the fish will come. there is also some good spots out from dunsboro around near canal rocks

if you go down to slopey
if you go down to slopey take a rope and harnass , tie up lugs were there a couple of years ago so should be there now. the water can look calm but that southern ocean can turn on you with a blink of an eye, many people have been washed in down there more so at suicide rock than slopey but you gotta be carefull

Try Boranup rock or either side of it on South Contos or Hamelin bay.Turn off the scenic drive through the karri forest north of Karridale.
