Koala GPS - who to report them to?

FW Crew,
Back from work and still nothing in the mail from Koala... The sounder ordered on the 6th of May is no where to be seen...
I`ve mailed them ( Scott )and didn't receive a reply...
I`ve had enough now and was wondering who I report this mob to? I obviously want to try and get the order or the cash returned before this dysfunctional business goes does the gurgler...

Hey bud, I got my refund through paypal but I think you only have 45 days from purchase to open a dispute with them.
Login on the Koala site and write down your order number and call them direct as email is easy to ignore but if you can get someone on the phone I think you'll have a much better chance of getting something happening ASAP.
On there contact page they list:
Customers from Australia can ring us on our Sydney, NSW phone:
(02) 8005 6588 - Please call after 6AM but before 5PM (Sydney Time)

yep job for Consumer Affairs
Write down a time line of events and make an appointment with an officer of Consumer Affairs and take it in and give it to them. You can also ring the Canadian/American embassy and ask them for advice. Always remember this when you talk to them, they can't take away your birthday and they can't turn you into a green frog. But you must remain calm civil and focussed.

As catch fish states. I contacted paypal even after the 45 days expired. They posted a black mark against them, within 5 minutes I received a email from Scott, still apologising for the delay. I am still waiting for my lowrance elite 7 HDI sounder/gps combo after nearly three months.
Paypal also advises to contact your bank. They maybe able to look into it further.
Guess will just wait and see.
I will not be using these guys again....

if you paid with a visa card go and see your bank when ansett went under I had a return ticket from karratha to perth with them but paid for it with with my visa card had my money back in a month

one more thing
you can be sure they will have a face book page go there and vent your spleen they wont like it and you might get some action from them , worked for me with stacer boats

My Refund check bounced
These guys are as dodgy as they come. It took me 6 months to not get my Humminbird sounder which I paid express post. I then asked for a refund after ringing and emailing every week. It took a month for the refund check to arrive. I paid $10 to put it in my account.Another month later the money cleared and a month after that the money was pulled out of my account. Cost me $866 I think they are changing their name, Have no way of contacting these bastards. Anyone know the last name of this Scott guy?

The buff bream of overseas purchases
These guys are absolute shite!!!
A mate of mine got a furuno from them, 3 1/2 months of badgering, phone calls, emails and a near opened dispute with them and finally the sounder turned up. Took ages to clear through customs this side as well. Sounder is in now and working fine, but more stress than it was worth. Researching reviews before ordering online is an absolute must before outlaying large coin on overseas purchases!!!!!!
