threw everything except a sidchrome spanner at them and missed out, had one have a look at a popper as i was lifting it out for another cast, scared the crap outta me! Saw a few caught while i was there tho, and i got a few small ones.

Scott got two good fish including the one in the clip, on my loaner yak... Thats gotta be three cartons at least i reckon!!

Alfred noticed the queenies

Sun, 2010-05-30 21:51

Alfred noticed the queenies took a lot of lures when they were either stationary, or moved slow, completely the opposite to trevs.

We got queenies on stickbaits, poppers, and little divers.

Had a few Skindeeps

Sun, 2010-05-30 23:08

in the tackle box, but never really got them out. Flicked small paddle tails under the ledges mostly, and poppers on the flats. Got a lot of Cod and Jacks on SX48's with the light gear, great fun!!

They are great blokes, i hope to keep in touch.

I have a swag Salmo, keep me posted mate!
