Jigging Master Evolution Titanium 50B

I have a Jigging Master Evolution Titanium 50B rod bought here in Perth a little over one year ago. It's seen very little use .
The foregrip, the reel seat and the posterior grip adjacent to reel seat glue have all suddenly given way such that they all rotate.
Unfortunately I cannot find the dam receipt and therefore can't do a thing about it.
I must say I'm really disappointed at the build quality. I've built many rods in my younger days and none of mine ever gave way. I'd never buy another Jigging Master.
If I was younger I'd strip it down and redo the whole thing.
I'm not,and therefore anyone who wants it can have it for free. The guides are in 10/10 condition as is the reel seat and rod itself.
It would need to be picked up. I live in Doubleview Perth.
PM me if you want it.

Had the same issue with my Titanium 400 and Jigging master Australia were no help at all!

VERY Disappointed with such an expensive bit of gear!

The Complete boys in Rocko came to the rescue and repaired the rod for me!

But after the issues with Jigging Master I will not be buying another ever again!!

If you paid via a credit or debit card transaction you should be able to retrieve sufficient information from your bank that should satisfy consumer rights. You dont technically need the original receipt. I have a coupl eof JM rods and never had any issues, but cant recall what the standard warranty period is.

Appreciate the comments.
Was told it would cost big bucks to strip and redo.
As I said if my eyesight wasn't a problem for the fine work I would have done it myself.
The rod has been picked up and hopefully zoom can do the work and get some use out of it.
For a so called high end rod Jigging Master just doesn't cut it. From my own rod building days 24 araldite never failed. I've no idea what glue they are using but it fails the test.
