Jigging Help Please
Submitted by kelsea on Tue, 2013-04-16 18:44
I have the gear for jigging and have read a number of posts on the site but would like someone to break it down or me. I have pirates, pencils and octanaughts. For what I can work out I need to cast out so that by the time the jig hits the bottom it is directly underneath me. I generally fish 35 to 45 metres. What action/motion do I do with the jigs, how far do I bring them up, should I be holding the boat over the spot to try assisting keeping the jig underneath etc etc etc. All advice and help is appreciated.

hi mate~
for success in jigging you must know the direction of the wind very well.
as u need to control the boat to drift pass the spot again and again with the help of the wind.
when u heading out again? are there any spot for a deckie? ^_^
