hey guys just wondering if its possible to catch fish on lures at night time in the river eg tailor and what would be the best way of catching em. either trolling or just casting cheers.

work just as well at night
work just as well at night as they do during the day, often the strikes are even more aggressive

get most of the tailor at
get most of the tailor at the narrows in the river early morn or late night. just little 10-20g assorted lures will work. casting is good but ive never tried trolling

yes indeed
they dont see the lure necessarily, but they see the silhouette. Some of the best trout I have caught trolling swimming lures has been at night with very little moonlight.
