Came across this new app soon to be released Called "iDfish"
youtube videos give a rundown and looks pretty good.

Looked to do one but bloody expensive with development. Also wondered who would buy it when you can post to fw or fb and have an answer near immediately and save $15. Be interested to see if it gets any traction.

I'd say there probably be a market for it, but it would need to work, where there is no 3G/4G coverage. Do agree the knowledge base on here is excellent and always useful.

regions
Regions with different size limits ect ect , would almost need an app for different zones as Adam said very time and cost consuming for a decent one that would be difficult to get your investment back
