Hi Everyone
I'm a newbie here, pls be gentle.
I have an Ctek MXS 10 battery charger that didn't work as expected and now not at all.
Does anyone know a guro who you'd recommend I see?
Cheers.

Thanks z00m When I plugged
Thanks z00m
When I plugged the unit male plug into female plug in dash - the 'amber' flashing light (in dash indicating 'House battery' is going flat) started flashing 'Red'.
So I unplugged it from dash and used the alligator clips instead directly onto battery.
The unit started normally, ie cycled from Number 1 light to Number 2 light inclusive and that's where it stayed for 3 days.
I then disconnected alligator clips and Ctek unit went dead.
Doesn't cycle up at all now or go on.

How long have you had it ?
How long have you had it ? Maybe just return it to the store you bought it from for warranty.

Less than 12 months on exchange for a smaller unit
Seems like an easy thing to do - to return.
But what if it's something to do with the VSR setup or instal on my boat?
Or new batteries... (6 months old)
hence why I'm hoping to connect with someone who knows his stuff.
I'm in WA.

You will need a receipt.As I
You will need a receipt.
As I found out the hard way with my MX5, there are 2 importers of Ctek to Aus and even though Ctek said theyd cover it, it had to be thru one of them.
Neither would assist despite Cteks willingness to sort it.
Ctek via the serial number determined it was less than 5 yrs old but were unable to track which importer received it.
