Nice weekend making snags and a few brews whilst doing it .always enjoy this time of the year making them and more so when they dried and ready to eat

What sort of setup do you use for these mate? Was having a look at MBL the other day cause I want to have a crack.. but the setups seem to either be under $100 and plastic looking or over $700 and commercial looking with no reasonable inbetween haha

Get our skins from MBL just
Get our skins from MBL just of roe Hwy.Devhay we purchase mince from DBC ready to go.we have in the past done whole pigs but easier these days to buy minced .so we don't require mincer anymore .we use one of those sausage plungers and can put around 5 kg into it .took around 2 hrs to fill 60 kg worth mix

Well done Patto. We buy ours minced already these days as well but from the Harvey Butcher and will be making a batch at the end of the month.
We also use synthetics skins and find them a lot easier but this year we'll also do one batch with normal skins just for the BBQ instead of hanging.
Do you make different strenths as in mild & hot?
