Hilliary's launching clarification

When Launching your boat at Hilliary's, looking from the launch area towards the water, is this correct:
far right jetty = launch only
the middle = launch AND retrieve
far left = retreive only

the only problem is the hordes of people who dont care wats wat and block the launch lane up by retreiving in the far right hand launch lanes - ( i only launch from hillaries at night in the middle of winter ) - jet skis and huffed up machos with no idea " ridiculous"!
