I managed to get a couple on Saturday night at Pinaroo Point. Hoping to get down there again during the week with some of the rug rats.

Was in Yanchep on saturday and managed about 10 in Hour loosing about another 6 bringing them in bloody heaps of fun on light tackle. Tried for Tailor but they were having none of it. Saw one chasing one of the herring i was bringing in, switched to mulies and nothing.

Maybe next time.

I did try a livie Colin but

I did try a livie Colin but a bloody Shag got hold of it and ended up with the hook stuck in the side of the mouth. Tried my best to remove the damn thing with no luck.

Was advised that it will rot away and was not going to stop the bird from feeding. My first time at trying live bait and a disaster, hope the next time goes better.
