Seriously though, anyone with a good spot for mulloway will keep that to themselves. Seen as how hard it is to catch them. Took me a year to catch my first and only, and it was only small at 5kg. It was on a regulation surf beach chasing tailor. Turns out mulloway like tailor, so find a beach that fishes well for them and they will be there, eventually. Working out when and how to rig for them is the part that others will make you do for yourself. There are some great resources available via Google that provide regular updates on how the mulloway fishing is going.
If I give you anymore hints I may as well catch it for you. Might take a year though lol :-)
South of river your best bet is probably going to be the beaches from Secret Harbour to San Remo. You will either need to put the hours in, or get lucky. :-)
I recommend doing the 'norm' and chasing tailor, then using a nice fresh bloody fillet as bait. For a chopper tailor, you should be able to get 2-3 baits out of a single fillet.
Everyone has a preferred rig, time, tide etc. Personally, I like fishing New Moon, surf paternoster with 3/0 gangs. The odds say a rising tide is best....but I got my big one last year on a falling tide.
Chance of a gummy shark down that way too. Not bad by catch on a fillet :-)
leave skin and scales on to slow down the pickers.
make sure your hooks are strong too. Some hooks are great for tailor, super sharp but bend or open the eyes on bigger fish. Gummy sharks go hard and mess up soft hooks.

Look for nice gutters and fish the edge.

I do similar but use a whole fillet as bait and 5/0s.
