Hi all
im planning on heading up north again this winter to do a few weeks fishing. We will be taking the boats and 4x4s and camping somewhere. Just haven't decided where to go yet. After ideas of places besides coral bay and exmouth that have boat access. Just a cement ramp of decent beach launch is ok. Any suggestions would be appreciated
thanks

Yep
can't wait for my 5th trip up there this August. We camp at Pt Billie.
Sure the track is s%&t and you have to be 100% self sufficient it's a cracker spot.
The makeshift rock ramp at South Lefroy is great awesome for us, we were even launching a 7m Ali there last year.

Nomads will be in all of
Nomads will be in all of these places.... hundreds of them. Go and find an island to camp on where you are all alone.

Sth lefroy
South Lefroy for me...been there a few times easy to get to dep water as there is a spot you can zip over the reef nottoo. Far away...stayed at point billie like camping in the dump....very baron...sticks to put holes in ya feet...good rock ramp though needs a few holes fixed up occasionally....Ningaloo Station is definitely worth a visit if self sufficient....Onslow yea good luck...Unless heading to an island...40 mile, cleaver vile join the rest of the grey nomads....not my first choice n live up here...Point Samson $50 bucks a night adds up....does have fishing options....Balla Balla 60ks steaming from Samson...only been there once heard good reports...be quick before the port is built and wrecks it....how big is the boat/s....one of my favourites when living inland was hitting Fortescue River and heading to the local islands....or heading up Flying foam passage (Dampier area)and camping for a few nights....there you can head around legender....fish the pipe line....fish the ships or have funin the passage on light gear...don't you hate having to work out where to go fishing....it's a tough life

Flying foam? There is heaps
Flying foam? There is heaps and heaps of other, and IMO better choices camping in the Dampier islands. Love the north side of Enderby. Close to good ground, fairly well protected from most winds. Unfortunately "day trip" areas dominate. I recall you are "legally" only allowed to camp on East and West Lewis, or within 100m from shore in others. It does get complicated, but correct me if I am wrong.

The top of Flying Foam is
The top of Flying Foam is great as you are legally allowed to camp, it doesnt matter how windy it is, it is always protected, you are cloes to Delambrey, Huoy, Legendre, etc, and it is loaded with good fish if you know where to look!!
