Greenhead

Hi,
Looking to go to Greenhead in the next couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone had any advice on where I should try. I have done a search and read everything I can find but would appreciate any info that can be provided as i have never been up that way at all. Got a decent sized boat so can go out a bit if required.
Cheers in advance.

A good place
Went there a few years ago and cleaned up.
Can catch plenty of quality fish close in. Just use the sounder.
We caught Pinkies , Baldies and Dhufish at 50-55m.
also went out to 100-110 area and cleaned up on big Dhufish.
But really, if you sound around you will find good ground everywhere. If you are going out deep then a good one is a must.....
Good fishing anyway.

years ago
i went there years ago and was speaking to an old bloke who gave me directions as i didn`t have a sounder on my dinghy.head out form the south boat ramp in the bay and line this up with that and stop and you will catch dhuies and right on tartget we caught fish and it was less than 1km from the ramp.if you have a good sounder just look around and the fish will be there.no need to go too far out.

Used to launch my 5.8 Ally at the beach ramp on the south side of town. Never had an issue there. I believe the ramp in town is ok also.
If things don't change, they'll stay the same.....
