FOUND TACKLE BAG: Hillarys North Mole Carpark

On Saturday 2 January coming off the beach into the carpark @ Hillarys, we found a tackle bag full of gear.
We are hoping to return it to it's rightful owner. If you know who lost this, please get them to contact us..

iwas fishing down there
left at around 7:00pm - checked the shed and my tackle bag is in place - there was some dudes fishin down on the beach

This was found @ approx.
This was found @ approx. 10.45pm. It looked like someone had packed their car and left it to the side.
The bag is full of tackle (hundreds of dollars worth of gear), it would most definitely be missed.
Perth is such a small place... We assumed that if we picked it up and posted some messages about, someone would know someone and it would find it's way back home.
Any help would be appreciated :)

As the others have said, it is good to see someone with great honesty. That would be one of my worst nightmares, leaving a bag full of my fishing gear somewhere.

Have you found the owners yet?
If not try and make some signs up and leave them up at the spot u found it, make a email adress up so they can contact you on. Just quiz them on whats in it and the real owners will tell you.

Not yet.. Called the police station today though..
They said if no-one has collected it in a week from me, i should drop it off to them.
Already made some signs up, gonna pop down there tonight. See if there is a community message board or something also..
There are some pretty distinct items in there, so i'm sure only the owner would know what they were.
