I'm keen

Thu, 2008-08-07 15:10

I am keen to get away from the "ball&chain" for the weekend as well. I'll go up the Friday night as well.

I will take the Jeep up, so those willing to slum it, can bail in with me. Room for two passangers.
I'm um in The Vines, so anyone from Midlands or Swan Valley / Ellenbrook welcome.

Fri, 2008-08-08 15:48

I have a cheap bunnings special genset we can use for some lights at night and I have some 300W spots to run off it. Ideal for lighting up the beach at night.
i'll also bring a gas BBQ plate and cylinder for breaky etc.

Still one spot open in my shopping trolley, if anyone interested. We will probally leave on Sat morning early to get there by day break.

i think this is the easiest access to flatrocks .. from that shot flatrocks is about 2-3km approx up north where you stop at massive sand dunes and a reef out in front of you on the water ..

hope that helps!

I bought myself a new Innovator Nitro Surf Assasin, 3 piece graphite med/light 12 footer to replace my Snyder Glass 7144 Fish Striker. I also have a new Penn 6500SSM i'll be sticking on it, so pretty keen to have a good flick with it, and get a decent bend in it at some stage!
