Not the best of days to go fishing but hey its perth *lol*

We went out to the 40s from rockingham around 8 am  with a stiff NE blowing but just please to be back on the water boat all go now and sounder/gps all go found out it was a faulty transducer along go figure no one thought to check that ha ha ha

we caught a lot of just size flatheads (all released) nathan caught only 1 dhu (released) a cutlefish Yummy and got busted off by something big (lost 50 mtr of braid) but thats fishing (Camera shy)

Russell Caught 1 blackasse just size and 1 hammerhead 10 to 11kg

Sandy Caught 1 Boldy2.5 kg and a hammerhead 8kg and one Dhu just i mean just undersize released

Not many fish caught but had a great day on the water and thats what it is all about

Not a bit like carpentry FF, you got to nail the hammer Wink

Looks like a not too bad day - glad you got everything sorted out!

the hammer head are really nice eatting .

you have to get them on board first ha ha then you clobber them on the head with a bat (well that what we use) then you cut them through the gill line all the way then cut the tail and to fin off this i have found stops any amonia. not nice to eat if not done right any sharks are the same

I think you might see a few more on the table after October. I've only ever kept one and my brother definned and gutted it. That was pretty unusual for him as usually he won't do anything more than spike and bleed fish onboard. I think it has something to do with getting the guts out to get rid of the ammonia smell.
