Fishing tue/wed

Done solo run Tuesday mid 30s. Couple of kgs, good dhue best of all big black ass 510mm . Stocked hard to beat for eating. Then went decky for the day with little Andy. Started in 50s . Andy found 1 spot straight away had good number of fish on it. Andy got nice double header and I got nice one . Let one go (swam from top) left area then got nice baldie( very green male) and Andy got a huge red. Hopefully get out later next week depending on weather. Not long left of good weather . Then it will just be squid

I got one 40cm on Thusrday and was happy with that! Absolute cracker you have there, and I agree one of the best eating fish around. There seems to be tonnes around that are smaller also which bodes well for the future (Heaps of undersized pinks on the drift also (no burley and in the middle of the day) That is definitely a great sign.

I think the fishing closed seasons are doing some good...

Cheers

That is a ripper. Been some good fish around lately. Have you found there has been a strong current down deep 40-50m? Fished out wide yesterday and found strong current down the bottom. Came in to 30s and not there. What you reckon?

About currents I just keep moving different depths. Find what depth where fish are biteing. Then zoom out on gps and fish ground around that depth. I only do short drifts on small ground . Always moving and dropping. Seems to work lately. I do have zero days also not many ,had a double nothing few weeks back after storm .
