i recieved the renuale notice for my fishing licience i was about to pay it on line , and took a second look at it , noticed i was being billed for a cray licience as well as a rec fishing licience , seens as i am not craying this season dont see why i should have to pay for a cray licience , cheeky barstards i would have paid if i hadnt had a second look at the bill

How would fisheries know you won't be crayfishing this season? You had a cray license aswell as a fishing license. So, obviously they did the right thing and reminded you to pay for both renewals. As Andy said, just tick which license you would like renewed.
A fish in the hand is worth 10 in the water!

missed the whole point why do they (fisherys) asume you are crayfishing and send you a bill for it, a classic example of fisheries (or a goverment department ) revenue raising by stelth pisses me right of and raises my blood pressure

If you did it last year. You would think renewal would be in mail. If you don't want cray licence don't renew simple. Then next year guess what , you won't get one. Pretty simple peter.
