Fish ID Please

Hey guys i was fishing off my boat the other day out off rotto using my trusty peeled river prawns as bait and hooked something big!!
After a epic 12 minute battle I landed this strange looking fish, I was worried about nasty spikes so I wore my cotton driving gloves for protection.
It was caught on my bream rod/reel combo on 4 lb line.
I cooked it up in my mums favourite beer batter mix with chips, salad and it was very tasty with a apple martini
Can anyone tell me what species this is cheers

See that flat pad on the top of his head, that`s what Remora use to help em stick to sharks and rays. Cant say i`ve ever thought of eating one but nice to know they taste okay. Probably just like a cobia with a flat head.

Caught one of those while we was up in exxy. Put in on the deck to get hooks out, it rolled over and that flat section on its head got stuck to the deck,what a pain in the arse to get it off LOL.

Its a Remora. An this about slender suckerfish etc is being techno.
Just a nice remora, and I have heard they arent bad on the chew. Get one every 2 odd weeks fishing up here amongst the sharks. Fight well for size but better fish to eat IMO so they go back to find Mommy or Daddie.
