What is it? Looks like it's an Emporer to me of some sort?

When taken underwater the rgb needs to be adjusted to put back the real colours ......definitely an emp, possibly a NW snapper

mid a blue lined more commonly known as a black snapper
as good eating as anything else you love catching
prolific in shark bay and carnarvon and a little further north they start to thin out
live in the shallows and go very hard

I know them as a black snapper, quite prolific over east as well, especially in the gulf. Nice on the plate too.
