Finding reddies

Was wondering if anybody has had any success on Redfin perch around the donnybrook mumballup area are there fish in the Preston river or are there any farmers with dams in the area that would like some taken out of their dams? Cheers

I havent fished it myself but I have seen some nice Redfin that were caught in the Preston River so they are in there. Putting Redfin in farm dams is a big mistake as they overpopulate and then stunt in size making them useless for anything. They also hammer the marron so not many farmers stock them in their dams.

my old man has a dam full of
my old man has a dam full of carp in that area if you can't find any redfin. I have only ever got small redfin from Preston River, need to head to collie for the bigger ones.
