I am about to embark on a series of transducer trials, and will be needing an external diplexer to test a bare wire non diplexed 1 kW CHIRP tranny with my Furuno FCV587 to see how it goes against my Garmin CHIRP 7410XSV.

Anyone got a diplexer they want to lend me (nice carton of piss or a trip out fishing in it) or sell me?

Will be interesting....I am looking for the next step up in deep drop performance over the previous 1 kW tone burst SS264's that have served me so well over the past 3 years. Hopefully this is not an expensive exercise in futility, but fortune favours the brave and I already have the angle grinder out....the Boston Whaler is about to get some even bigger holes in the hull........
