Hi guys !
I’ m new on this site.
Just got my new outfit: Emblem Pro rod 14” + Emblem Pro 5500A - want to try to hook some decent fish… I m using PE4 braid line and ganged hooks 0/4 (3).
I been fishing in North Mole, Fremantle without much luck..
Any idea of some good spots to go fishing near Perth and what bait to use (mullies tend to brake too quickly or eaten by **cabbies !!
TXs !!!

Nice combo
That rod and reel combo should give you some long casting range. Probably be a bit too long for the moles so give the beached a try. Most metro beaches should have at least some tailor about sor try challenger beach nor try Brighton through to trigg. If you have a 4x4 it will open up some better beach fishing.
Mulies are good bait for tailor and almost anything that swims. Try not to let them defrost too much maybe the iqf mulies stay together better. Small whiting and scaly mackeral hold together better but in the metro area the tailor are smaller and probably can't take a whole scaly.
As for cabbies I only come across them on the roads
hope it helps

floreat/city beach stretch
floreat/city beach stretch is good for soaking baits. if you are leaving baits out id go for scalies. caught a few good sharks and mulloway from that stretch
