Hey all, what battery is everyone using for their electric reels.

these would be the go , check out the wieghts and cca, 420 cca for 1.7kgs
I will be getting one , I already have there 105ah dry cell a.g.m battery for the fridge and its been faultless.
A place in cockburn central cells them, haha get it , cells , shit I,m funny.

i would go for an oddesey great gell filled battery about 1/4 the weight of the equivelent lead acid battery we started using them on the nav aids in the dampier harbour and found them very reliable , they also tough out side skin

the best thing about an oddesy is you could make up a belt for it and wear it on your hip

I Have 2 to 3 electric reels running all day never had a flat battery yet . Just lengthen the leads so you can reach anywhere on the boat
We will be running 4 so I'll take my own supply just incase
Fish 4 people deep drop to many tangles
Should be interesting then
