Dunsborough

Hi all deciding to take the boat down to Dunsborough on the Easter holidays.
Wondering if someone can point me in the right direction to what is the best petrol station and boat ramp people use to launch large boats. Also what is the busiest part of the day at the ramp.
I haven't fish Dunsborough before and wondering if there any channels that you have to follow out or any reefs to watch out for. I will be looking at the charts before heading out.
Lastly what areas or depths do people fish at to catch their Dhuis and snapper if you don't mind sharing.
Cheers

Try the Vasse boat ramp
Doesn't have a jetty like Quindalup but while not as good it's not as busy - either way get there early.

As for fuel
Causeway Shell or Mc Donald's General store in Vasse - 5 cents cheaper than Dunsborough.

The Gull's in Siesta Park and
The Gull's in Siesta Park and Broadwater are the cheapest down that way.

I would avoid the Vasse ramp,
I would avoid the Vasse ramp, it is a bitch when the soueaster is blowing.
Plus if you are in Dunsborough Town it will be out of your way.
Stick to Quindalup ramp as it has a finger jetty, avoid Old Dunsborough ramp at fish rock.
Fill up with juice at siesta park on the way in, then there are 2 servo's right in town, BP on the roundabout
and a shell round the corner.
