Drive on dry dock for 7m boat
Submitted by Stoinka on Wed, 2018-04-25 14:57
Just wanted to see if any other members are using a drive on dry dock.
I am in the process of aquiring a pen for my 7m Assassin, but i am not interested in anti fouling the boat.
Just wanted to see if any other members are using a drive on dry dock in there pen.
Made one inquiry about a 6m x 3m model with Vee in middle of pontoon with rollers, cost $6500.
Who is the best to deal with W.A.
Thanks to anyone that can give me some advice.
Cheers Stoinka

Airberth
we have a larger model Airberth in HBH for a 11 mt boat weighing in around 4.5 tonnes. I find it very simple to use and almost unbreakable , we have 8 different crews use it on a regular basis so can recommend using them .
theres 3 simple steps to drop the boat down into the water and the same when returning , just connect on the air pumps and it blows out the water and lifts the whole boat clear of the water until the next time your going out.
the system is tied to the floating jetty etc And there only one moving part each side
there is a smaller unit available at HBH lifters that they have bought up from Albany and cleaned up for resale which will be in your price range

Thankyou
very much for your reply.
Is HBH short for Hillarys Boat Harbour, as I live down south i am not familiar with the name.
Would you be able to point me in the right direction of who to contact, thay would be great.
Thanks for your help.

I’ve got a Sea pen and works
I’ve got a Sea pen and works a treat . Just don’t even think about float bricks as the boat is too large and heavy to get it off
