Hi Everyone, well we are off again on another fishing trip. thanks to the long weekend next weekend.
This time we are heading to Dongara. We have never been there before, so if anyone has any information on fishing spots, tackle stores we should visit etc , I would be eternally greatful to hear from you.
Thanks heaps,

Fish the north wall in port dennison
When the winds are up, The south wall is great if the winds are right
There is a good fishing shop in Dongara, And Port dennison there is a store that sell bait and little bits of fishing grear
Dongara i think is beach fishing only

The marina there is a great spot
You can fish inside or outside depending on the wind. Have a look on the google satellite as there are a few spots north and south of Dongara that look very fishy. S Bend is just to the north and that can be a great spot if the conditions are right.
Good luck, Colin

thanks Colin and Sherbert.
It is always a huge help when fishing new places to at least get pointed in the right direction.
We dont have any reef boots, might have to look into buying a couple of pair.
Also, any idea what there catching in the Marina up there?
Thanks

Eating tips as well Sherbs
Can't beat that.
It is definately worth getting some good reef boots. Nothing worse than ruining a trip by having a slip on the rocks.

Where can i get reef boots
Where can i get reef boots from?
Would my local tackle store have them or do i have to go to a dive shop?
Thanks Sherbs, if the food is any good at the pub, we might be following your way of fishing.

Most good tackle shops will have reef boots
For this time of the year I would be looking at waterproof models as you are likely to get some water on your feet fishing places like flat rocks and the water is bloody cold.
