Hmmm, badxrute got it right - nice beer! The tap is turned off for the others
Like a golf ball the said ridges will break the laminar flow of water and allow a faster free fall to the sea floor (hlokk can provide the mathematical equations to prove this). A disadvantage to this faster fall would be an increase in the probability of knocking a fish out. Hence the bight yellow coating is used.
Sorry, can't take orders. I'm busy making liquid gold.
Pete has a top setup with *two* kegged beers on the go! He has two brew taps sticking out the side of the fridge. Just gotta cook up an excuse to drop around ;)
Please explain what these are, and what is gained?
I am thinking thay are a cheap weight for gaining bottom extra fast so as to avoid current and hit the spot with more accuracy,
looking at the fish you are catching at these depth you wouldnt want to be pulling any more extra weight than required so do thay have a one drop life span? or does the electric reel take care of the weight with out issue.
100 gram of malt in an 18L keg and leave it out of the fridge for as long as possible (3 weeks min) this allows 2nd fermentation and enhances the head. Will be putting another brew on tonight. I'm sure Jamie will be over to borrow something over the weekend.

Just a MUCH cheaper option then lead, they look better....and I like tinkering around in my shed. No heavier - want minimal weight to get to the bottom. Also, want them to last as many drops as possible - labour of love, these babies. The electrics can handle the weight, its the angler after 5 drops that struggles!

have you kegged it? my bottle fermentation doesn't turn out quite so appealing.
If I spent half as long fishing , as I do reading this bloody forum , I'd be twice the fisherman I am.
