Hi, anyone with info on fishing in the Dawsville Cut, want to take two of my grandies there to maybe have some fun catching herring etc. just want to anchor in the calm water cos they get a bit sick in a swell, and is it ok to anchor there?

Dawn or dusk anchored in the estuary not the cut a couple of hundred metres from the rocks on the northern side usually does it for me. You will be in less than 2 metres of water but berley and there will be lots of fish. I have never tried during the day
