Couple of upgrades
Hi Guys,
Many thanks for your generous donations. You will see a few differences in the site from normal with the latest comments side column being removed and random images, trying to reduce load times with all the connection drama's we've been having lately.
You will also notice a new Private Message system where you can see if the person is online or offline, has their avatar displayed and you also have the ability to block certain users if you feel its necessary.
The Photo Galleries has now been upgraded, check it out to see the new format. If you would like a gallery setup if your a new user, just send me a PM and I will create one for you. When the site moves to the new hosting we will also be re-jigging the video page to make it look a lot better than it does now. Unfortunately it still has some work to be done for internet exploder, but works well for firefox, as you will see.
I have also enabled external video hosting with youtube, which allows you to post video on youtube that streams it into fishwrecked. It is not enabled for members yet until we get the site transfer sorted with no bugs or problems. I will let everyone know once it is available to use.
One of the members has also come up with a great idea of creating a fishwrecked business listing for a fee of a $50 donation to the site, it will be displayed in several locations over the site to ensure people can see it. This is an upcoming project that we will hopefully get off the ground after the hosting transfer.
Anyway, off to a mates birthday, will be in touch with all PM'ers tomorrow.

The comments field is pushed into the right hand side column in the top SS. In the one below, you can see that the 1st reply after a new topic is pushed to the right because of a nesting problem.

I am suprised that the server has managed to do what it has this past few days given the traffic generated by the fundraising and judging on past comments re performance. Lets hope this fundraising effort and those of the guys in charge here show some really positive dividends next week or whenever the transition happens.

you sure its the server ad
looks like some modules may have been disabled here n there, we only have 1 page now for all posts, meaning u cant see past posts etc,, did u disable that ad, good luck with the transfer etc..
