Just a shout out to the boys down there for helping us out today, took my young bloke to get his Stella 5k to be looked at and the fella (sorry didn't get your name) there checked out the drag regreased the washer for no cost also oiled up the line guide on his 20k and gave aus a few maintenance tips. It's stuff like this that will keep these small independant stores going. Thanks for the help guys.

Always great service from
Always great service from both the Nedlands and Rockingham stores. Nedlands replaced a whole drag stack no charge in my sustain 5000 from a brand new reel on the shelf the day before one of my abrolhos trips, i was just in there to respool when they noticed the drag was fried but had no stock to replace so took one out of a brand new reel abd gave to me

Ha ha the boys have paid for all their gear by themselves, doing lots of work around the house, good school grades etc. No free meal tickets here. But always happy to help them satisfy a healthy hobby.

Have bought a fair bit of gear from them (Nedlands) and happy with it all.
Had a couple of service/repair experiences and been more than happy, the most recent being a Saltiga Z30 service and repair as required. Got a call 5 working days after dropping off to collect. This thing has been beaten on (but well looked after) and came back good as new, damage - 50 bucks, awesome....
