Sambos just berley up some lumpy looking ground and either fish plastics or jigs through the trail or send down a live wrasse :) They are quite partial to a floating mulie as well :)

I was out last weekend and there were loads under the boat in 25m of water. They weren't big like some of the ones I've encountered on 5 fathom but there were loads of them.  I just achored up on a lump and burlied, got smashed straight away on some fresh squid I caught in the sound before heading out. I could see loads of them following up each fish we caught. As I said, they weren't big (about 80cm) but were good fun to catch. We caught them on squid, scalies, and 100gm jigs. I'm heading out Sunday to look for the big ones...
