Good work. Always a nice surprise getting looked after these days.

Had a similar story myself when BCF were running out the Furuno 620's for $500, placed my order with supposedly 7 left in stock, couple of days later get an email saying bad luck all gone, I wrote back saying well do me a good deal on the 627, they then said have the 627 for the $500! Talk about you beauty!!

Top effort from Bias , they go out of their way to be polite helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered a 4g radar here within 4 days at the best price in town, bought heaps of gear from them, and a very pleasant experience every time.

Level of service and

Level of service and knowledge is second to none. I needed a hinge for my Cruise Craft rear transom door. Decided to try local before going to CC - I tried a couple of chandlery shops and no-one even recognised it. The gent at BIAS said "yup, thats a  . . .  . . .  from . . .  . . but their a bit expensive" he says. Didnt have them in stock but delivered to my door 2 days later in an air satchel. Perfect.

Its worth the drive from the Hills to Claremont when you get that service (and knowledge)

Got rubbed up the wrong way and havn't been back.

Went there and brought a Korean "no feed back" helm and steering cable. Installed as per instructions, but it locked up and nothing would free it. Went back, they gave me a replacement unit same thing happened, took it back and asked for my money back. They told me it was me and my installation, I told them to take it off the shelf it was dangerous.
Went and brought the "Teleflex" model from Dingy World, installed the same way hasn't missed a beat since.
I will never give those idiots at Bias any praise.
