Anyone own NS blackhole one's??

Wanting to purchase the One's micro 702UL for bream, whiting fishing predominantly with small hard bodies.
For those that may have this rod just wanting some advice on the size of reel to pair up. I am looking at the stradic ci4+ 2500 - not sure if this would be overkill on a 1-3kg rod even though the ci4+ are very light reels.
Any advice fellas??

CI4+ 2500 is just under 20
CI4+ 2500 is just under 20 grams heavier which seems fairly neglible.
Have you tried the 702L one's version at all? I was tossing up between that and the UL but i think the UL might be more suited to flats fishing and better casting distance with light lures??

Looking on EJ Todd website
Looking on EJ Todd website the 702UL is 1/8 oz castweight, the 702L is 1/4 oz ... makes no real difference to me, most of my bream and whiting lures are all around the 3 - 4 grams which is only 1/8th oz.
I just cannot decide whether to get a 1000 or 2500!!!

I find the 2500 spool size
I find the 2500 spool size better for casting as the 1000 size makes tiny little ringlets in the line which annoy me imo

I have 2 702L's
Have used a 702ul. Much prefer the 702L though, more backbone, still cast lightweights a mile.
Run a 1003 Luvias on one and a 2004 Luvias on the other.

NS One with Daiwa TD Sol II 2004
Hi Ben01 - I've got the NS One 2-4kg with a Daiwa 2004 TD Sol II full with 4lb braid and just last Firday I landed two Salmon (one was 5.9kg and the other 6.1kg) off the rocks at the North Mole using a 50gm stick bait
I also love catching Bream and Whiting with it because it's so sensitive.
It's amazing what a small combo such as the one you're wanting to get is capable of.
Took me roughly 20mins to land each one of those Salmon but what a buzz!!!

I got to my favourite squid spot and a huge school of salmon started smashing surface bait.....it was either give it a go or get back into the car.
Everyone was hooked up....can you blame me?
