Scano - Recipe is really easy. When caught, immediately iki jimi, bleed and place on ice salt water slurry. When home, skin & Fillet Tuna into long pieces maintaining maximum thickness. Grab some Mediterranean Dukkah (this one was from Olive Factory down south in Marg's). Roll the fillet in the Dukkah until fully covered. Fire up a cast iron pan with a very small amount of Oil. Sear for about 2 mins (rolling sides half way through). Take off heat and let sit for about 2 mins. Serve with soy sauce, or miso soy sauce better IMO. Some lemon if preferred. Too easy.

hey to get tuna this time of year do you have to head out fairly deep, or is there a chance of getting them perth side of rotto? failry small boat, so heading out super wide not really an option for me.  dead keen to hook one of these guys.... if i ever do, that recipe is top of the list.
