Hlokk did you slice some up fresh, just wondered how it stacks up against the SBT's here.
Would love to nail one to see which goes harder

I prefer SBT, in sashimi, lightly seared and just cooked, but yellowfin is pretty good too, yum yum. Certainly run hard and fast.
