We used to catch
We used to get quite a few of them in deep water on the coral patches out from cervantes when cray fishing the skipper used to chuck them into the catch if they were decent sized but id throw heaps of them back as found them a bit of a novelty haha dont think they have a size limit or season but i stand to be corrected on this? but i can tell you for sure they taste very nice altho not much diferent to a normal cray maybe just a little milder in flavour...
