Then simply spin up the spool from your reel using the power drill ( I modified the switch to go into a sewing machine foot pedal, that way it is still reversible to remove line and also it is still variable speed).
Feed the line evenly onto the spool as it spins at the desired rate similar to what they always do in the tackle stores anyway.
