Me and my uncle decided we better go have one last crack for a Dhuie befor the ban is fully in place. We headed off around 7:30am out past the 5 in an attempt to fish the 50 - 60 meter mark but unfortunately another boat we were going out with had some minor engine troubles so as a precaution decided to stay back on the 40M bank and muck around. Wasn't such a bad day. Weather turned good and landed a couple of Fox Fish caught by the good uncle as a double header then pulled in my Baldy. Next up was a nice black arse followed by 2 nice KG Whiting. Plenty of decent bites were had and a decent ray took a hook. That's it for us now until the ban is lifted so will have to find a few KG between now and then.
