love seeing them in underwater documentarys beautiful, love the colour of them.  Sounds like you all had a good day on the water and released that big beauty to swim for another day, gorgeous day also by the look.  Happy fishing wish I was there.

I still remember diving on the Great Barrier Reef 30 odd years ago and hand feeding the Maori Wrasse. They are spectacular.

I have seen them in KL and Penang for sale in live tanks in restraunts. Bit of a shame really. Not as big as that one but around the 2-3 kg mark and plenty of them. Great fish that one and great capture in 3 metres.
