not sure if it was 50 pounds, all i no is that it took alot of hard earned hours to finally get one. bloody well worth it though. funnily enough i was using fresh fillets of herring, tailor and just about everything else for ages, that night i only had mullies and thats what got him. i was burleying with a hesshim bag full of goodies and got a few sharks and rays before i finally nailed him at 2am. it was a awsome fight, and pretty funny as i was drunk as a skunk at the time. gotta love beach fishin in cervantes
