Indeed. I occasionally dabble. Really only when the drift is too fast for plastics or jigs (or at night). Haven't had a lot of success any time I've needed a jig >200g for demersals so don't bother in that case. Though I suspect there's a few <200g jigs that would work I just am not much of a fan of jigging when my line angle is too wide.
