Depends on what you want in terms of a site
There are plenty of guys out there but from a business perspective I couldn't make a better recommendation than www.elk.com.au. Ask for Richard.

I specialise in CMS based
I specialise in CMS based websites and online shops, static content is dead. Pretty much anything worth doing is worth doing in a CMS, no point limiting customers on a per-page or nav buttons basis.
A couple of recent customer sites; www.divetub.com.au and www.torowines.com.au
Both sites have their content managed by their customers which is trivial when you start with the right framework.

You might want to get back onto that FWA site and check the spelling of "Magazine" not "Magasine"?????
