There was a recent thread giving an individual a hard time for some 'perceived' poor customer service.  Can you please be mindful of the people you are identifying when doing this, no body likes to be given a hard time and sure there was a message to be delivered, but the method in which you do it can also impact on the person negatively - so please take an extra moment to think about it before pressing submit.
