Very Lucky

Was just doing a bit of maintenance on the boat and noticed the outer casing of my tyre has split. Only 4 days ago I drove her back to Perth from Dunsborough.
Someone or something was watching out for me!!

Some one was defiantly watching over you, certainly pays to run the eye over everything periodically to check how things are going.

Yeah mate trailer is 10y ild
Yeah mate trailer is 10y ild and the tyres were likely older than that when put on. Never had a trailer before so only really ever checked the tread. Gonna replace both tyres now

Old Tyres
I found out last year that my ten year old boat trailer had 15 year old tyres on it....changed them straight away, even though they had 99% tread left. Casings were falling apart.
